Most jerky is beef. Ours is wild sockeye salmon, and once you try it the difference is obvious. The Original flavor keeps the seasoning simple, just brown sugar, sea salt and natural smoke, so you taste rich, slightly sweet sockeye in every strip. It is chewy enough to feel like jerky but far more tender than the dried-out sticks at the gas station.
Tasting notes
Savory and smoky with a faint sweetness and the deep flavor of sockeye. Clean, not greasy.
What’s in it

I wasn’t sure what to expect with salmon jerky, but I’m officially hooked. Every flavour in the variety pack—from maple to spicy—has its own unique kick without overpowering the salmon. The texture is just right: tender but chewy, not dry like some other jerky brands. I keep a few packs in my backpack for hiking trips or long drives. It’s the perfect high-protein snack that’s also healthy and local. So glad I discovered this!
