Orders and Shipping
US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via expedited shipping. Canadian orders are fulfilled through jetsetsam.ca. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

We do not keep your card on file or store credit cards.
No we do not on food products
We ship worldwide, however only shelf-stable products can be shipped outside the US and Canada. For orders within Canada, please visit jetsetsam.ca. For international inquiries, contact us at [email protected]
We do our best to ship your entire order together. However, some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product type and destination. Each package will have its own tracking number
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right immediately.
That’s our mistake and we’ll fix it right away. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll arrange a correct shipment at no cost to you.
