We aim to ship our products out as soon as possible, we do keep in mind shipping date restrictions, such as weekends and statutory holidays.  Shipping is normally a 1-3 day process shipped in temperature controlled boxes with ice.

Due to the nature of being a food product we cannot accept exchanges or returns.  We will however work with you for any issues or problems that occur during the order process or any product quality concerns
