Our frozen smoked salmon should be kept refrigerated at all times. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within a few days for optimal freshness. Unopened packages can typically be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, depending on the specific product. For longer storage, smoked salmon can be frozen, but be sure to thaw it in the refrigerator before serving.

Our shelf stable smoked salmon products have an unopened best before of 5 years.  Once opened however the salmon must be refrigerated at all times.

Yes, you can freeze our smoked salmon. We recommend freezing it in its original packaging or an airtight container. When you’re ready to enjoy it, thaw it slowly in the refrigerator to preserve its texture and flavor
