Since we specialize in seafood we thought it would be something special if we had a form of pate that highlights the best of our wild Canadian seafood.
The most decadent product we have is our lobster spread which is extremely rich and made from the best of East coast Canadian lobster. This spread goes so well on a crusty piece of bread or cracker making it a showstopper at any dinner party.
The next to dazzle your pallet is crab, the sweetness of the crab really comes through, as anyone who tries it keeps coming back for more. With lighter chunks of crab meat to round out the delicious flavor of this unique crab spread.
We also have a few different offerings including shrimp, wild salmon and smoked salmon. The best parts of these different pate’s is that they are much healthier than the usual liver pate’s which are generally very rich and high in fats.
